Dan Miller
Chief Financial Officer
Dan has a proven track record in the financial management of high-growth companies and large-dollar business transactions. Immediately prior to NebuAd, Dan served as Senior Vice President and CFO of PlanetOut Inc., where he was responsible for managing and directing the company’s worldwide accounting, finance, tax, and treasury functions, as well as internal audit and control processes. Prior to PlanetOut, Dan served as Vice President of Finance for Predicant Biosciences, Inc., a life science company based in South San Francisco. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Finance at Photuris, Inc., a telecom equipment start-up now owned by Meriton Networks. Dan also contributed significantly to the IPO and secondary offering of Extreme Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXTR) as corporate controller and, prior to Extreme Networks, Dan worked in the treasury department of biotechnology leader Genentech, Inc. (NYSE:DNA), and as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche. Dan is a CPA and holds a bachelor's degree from John Carroll University and an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
