Effective Date: September 18, 2007

NebuAd, Inc. is a licensee of the TRUSTe Web Privacy Seal Program. TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build users’ trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. This Privacy Policy covers www.nebuad.com (the “Site”). Because the Site wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.

Information Collection

NebuAd, Inc. (“we”) collects personal information from you only when you ask to receive information from us. The personal information we collect includes your contact information, such as your name, title, company name, address, phone number and email address.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on the Site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on the Site.

We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. We use session cookies to validate the entries on our information request forms. A session cookie expires when you close your browser.

We use persistent cookies to record and remember when our clients’ customers have opted out of having their information collected by our products and services. (Click here for the privacy policy applicable to our products.) A persistent cookie remains on the customer’s hard drive for an extended period of time. It may be removed by following the directions provided in the customer’s Internet browser’s “help” file.

If you reject cookies, you may still use our Site, but your ability to use some areas of it may be limited.
