Online Advertising Veteran Paul Goad to Head UK Operations for
New User-Focused Behavioural Targeting Platform

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM. NebuAd, Inc. (www.nebuad.com), provider of the first user-focused behavioural targeting platform for the online advertising industry, today announced its international expansion with the opening of a U.K. office. NebuAd’s unique technology works with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to provide the advertising industry with new levels of targeting effectiveness while maintaining the highest standards of consumer privacy. Launched in 2007, NebuAd is now successfully established in the U.S. and is in a strong position to roll out its behavioural targeting platform into the U.K. as part of its international expansion plans.

Paul Goad will lead the U.K. office as Managing Director. Most recently at Tacoda, Goad was responsible for setting up Tacoda’s first international office and establishing it as a pioneer and market leader in networked behavioural targeting. Paul was instrumental in educating U.K. advertisers about the benefits of behavioural targeting and the opportunities it presents. Goad was one of the early adopters of online advertising, joining DoubleClick as one of its founder employees in 1997.
